Star Cyprus Beauty Contest 2007
Was successfully held on July 12th, 2006.
The event was staged at Pavilion in Nicosia, Cyprus and was transmitted live by SIGMA
TV.
During a glamorous evening, five beautiful girls won the following
titles:
Star Cyprus: Demitra Sergiou
Participation in "MISS UNIVERSE PAGEANT 2008".
Miss Cyprus:Dora Anastasiou
Participation in "MISS WORLD PAGEANT 2007".
Miss Carlsberg: Stephanie Paraskeva
Participation in "MISS EUROPE PAGEANT 2007".
Miss Mediterranean: Vesi Philippou
Participation in "MISS INTERNATIONAL PAGEANT 2007".

Confident of a good result on behalf of Cyprus in the International Beauty Contest, Dimitra Sergiou, who was elected in the Pancyprian Official Beauty Contest, “Star Cyprus 2007” organized by Carlsberg, left the island o the 18th June on route to Vietnam. In Vietnam on the 14th July, Dimitra is going to represent our country in the International Beauty contest “Miss Universe 2008”.
During her stay in Vietnam, Polyvia along with 90 contestant from all over the world will take part in various charitable and cultural events the most important of which will be her participation for the election of 2008 Miss Universe.
The participation of the Cypriot candidate in the contest is supported by Carlsberg, Organizer and Sponsor Company.
